Terms and Conditions

Original artwork such as paintings and stitched art are hand created and are carefully checked before dispatch.

Every effort is made to ensure that the photographs and written descriptions of these products are an accurate representation. There may be some variation between the colours viewed on screen and in real life, but I hope that you will be delighted with your order.

Orders and Payment

Orders for delivery in the UK can be placed online using this website.

All orders will be acknowledged via email as soon as possible after receipt and successful processing of your payment details.

Stripe payments: I accept card payments on this website via the Stripe payment gateway. You do not need to create an account to use Stripe.

If you would like to use another payment method, then please contact me for further information.

Delivery

I will aim to dispatch all orders for cards and original artwork within 1-7 days, posting days will be Mondays and Tuesdays. Please do let me know if you have any urgent requests and I will do all I can to facilitate.

Please allow 7-10 days for the processing of the Giclee prints as these a made to order.

Card and Giclee print orders will be sent first class by Royal Mail.

Depending on the size, original artwork will be posted either by Royal Mail or a trusted carrier service. Items over £100 will be tracked.

Refunds and Returns

I hope that you will be delighted with your order. However, if you change your mind please contact me within 48 hours letting me know why you wish to return your item(s). Goods must be in excellent condition and returned in secure packaging. The cost of returning unwanted items is the responsibility of the customer. Refunds will be issued via your chosen payment method.

Prices for all work available in the online shop are subject to change at any time at the artists discretion.
